Well Adams scooter is there so I guess the Vespa(Rally 200?) must be The Bern !!
My money is on Bernie being the vespa owner.

The lad from Frodsham was Neil, who was actually from Mouldsworth.
I thought the 1st scooter was Lee, but you could be right with Eugene.
