NWBA AGM - Sun 17th November
Hi All,
This years NWBA AGM meeting will be held at The Old Motorbike Cafe (CH74HR).
The meeting time is 11am on the 17th November. Please can you get there before 11am.
We are hoping this year that all the clubs within the alliance will be able to attend, as this year we are planning to put forward a lot of other business to discuss. Can I ask that all clubs have 1 main spokesman to speak on the club's behalf. This years minutes with an agenda list will be handed out. Can all clubs please come with at least 2 dates for the events that they would like to host.
If a club is unable to attend, please can you forward your apologies.
Anybody who is a Scooterist from within the alliance area, is more than welcome to attend the AGM, as the NWBA is for all scooterists not just the clubs. At the end of the meeting we will be doing open questions for all Scooterists, so that questions can be answered and any other information can be given.
