Modfathers and Portside @ Diva's show bar

Dave "Weller"Buckley has organised a do for charity at the popular venue opposite the railway station in Chester . Its on Saturday night 28th November .
In the main room Mark is on the decks,with the Paul Weller tribute band "the Modfathers".The lead singer actually look like Weller , and anyone who saw them at this venue earlier in the year won't want to miss them . In the other room Mossy is on the decks and the cover band Portside are to do a set . Tickets are going fast @£6 each from Dave or the Divas bar . Dave is bringing tickets to the scooter club meeting next Tuesday,27th October .

Portside UK are a local Mod/Indie cover band.
We 'ave it. And there's a busload more Mods coming over from Liverpool too. It's gonna be a blast.
Mossy has done his bit for us before when we supported Trio Valore in the Tiv.

And The Modfathers... well what can yer say, he's spookily the spit of Weller! They're ace.
Big mod family do, get on it ;)

The press and public are invited to a preview event on Friday 6th November outside the Cavern Club at 11am when Mods will be showing their various fashion wear, scooters from local clubs on display, plus Terry Shaughnessy doing an acoustic set. Come .........meet some of the bands, and others involved with Modrophonic May Day Weekend. Small Fakers due to play at the Cavern Liverpool on 7th November, support by The Universal (featuring Terry Shaughnessy) and Upper Fifth. Tickets £10. Adavance available. Doors open 8pm

Plenty of fun to be had, all in aid of The Hospice Of The Good Shepherd.
Just £5 on the door, show starts at around 8pm.
