Following last Tuesday night at Clubbies, Tracy has asked me to post a notice, asking if we could try and get as many people involved in Chester Scooter Club, to come along to this Tuesday's meet and put forward ideas for ways to raise some money to fund the two events the club hold (Christmas toy run & Easter egg run)
We are also looking at doing some more polo shirts with the club name and logo on and metal enamel Chester Scooter Club Member badges. Any positive comments and feedback here would be welcome. Cheers!
Chester Scooter Club
Our Club Logo is based on the wolf symbol of Hugh Lupus, who was the feared Earl of Chester and landowner of the surrounding areas following the 1066 Norman Invasion. Chester Scooter Club is a member of The North Wales and Borders Scooter Alliance.

I thought last years effort to make money through a raffle of donated prizes was a really good and successful idea, with some very good background work done by Elvis to get the donations, I think we should do the same again but bigger and advertise it more this time. Whether the money goes to the Countess or another charity can be a point for debate, but we should aim to maximise the fund raising.
As regards the polo shirts and badges, great idea and I'd be up for one of each please. Graham.
